Each Ashborne Gardens is a residential estate located in a serene neighbourhood where great facilities and adequate security are enjoyed without any hitch.
In October 2022, we introduced the first of the series; Ashborne Gardens 1, Ketu-Epe. Situated on a balanced topography and a short distance off the Ketu-Itokin Expressway, Ashborne Gardens 1 sits on a 30-Acre land expanse, allowing multiple investors within the country and the diaspora take advantage of affordable property ownership.
Ten months later, we made an improvement of what we offered previously by launching Ashborne Gardens 2, Omu-Epe. Right behind the famous Grace Polytechnic, off the Ketu-Omu Expressway is our 16-Acre, dry and tabular estate.
